We offer $7 flat fee tracked shipping Australia wide.

We also offer FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING on all bamboo scrabble tiles, scrabble bag tags and scrabble wall decal purchases within Australia.

We also offer FREE AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING on all products storewide when your order is $250 or more

Our free shipping offer is only available on our bamboo scrabble tiles, scrabble bag tags and scrabble wall decals and is not available in conjunction with any other purchases from our store unless the order is over $250 excluding shipping.

Collection is also available from us directly at Botanic Ridge VIC via prior arrangement.

We only offer shipping within Australia, if you would like a product shipped overseas please contact us before purchasing.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping times. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages or any other method of transportation, e.g; courier. However if your package arrives damaged please contact us to discuss further.

We ship all our products via Sendle, Mailman or Australia Post. If you have a preference of the above three companies please leave a note at check out and we will endeavour to adhere to any requests.

If you are required to collect the package from the courier agent due to non delivery and the item is not collected within the time frame given, the item will be returned to us. In this instance we will not be responsible for the costs of reshipping the item, this will be requested to be paid by the customer prior to rebooking occurring. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not take responsibility for items being lost in transit.

We will happily assist you with any information you require regarding the order being posted however any investigation lodgements with the carrier must be lodged by the purchaser unless stated otherwise by the shipping agent.
